I was referred to Scott through a friend and purchased two weeks of South African timeshare from him. Prior to meeting Scott I was poised to purchase either in Orlando or Sanibel Island, the cost being $10,000 for just (1) week with a $750 annual resort fee. Needless to say, Scott had sold me (2) weeks for just half of that amount, and due to the strong dollar in South Africa, the resort fees were also cut in half. Besides being very honest, Scott is also extremely knowledgeable in navigating RCI and personally ensures that you receive the best trades available. I have been trading since 2004 and have swapped into the following Gold Crown resorts at peak times with relative ease:
* Village at the Berkshires, (Berkshire, Mass) (Skied Christmas week in 2005)
* Orange Lake Country Club, (Orlando, Florida, Easter week 2006)
* Presidential Plantation Village, (Myrtle Beach, SC, Summer 2006)
* Massanuttan Resort, (Virginia, President's Week 2007, Largest Indoor Water Park in US)
* The Atrium Resort, (San Maartin, October 2007)
* The Wyndham in Atlantic City, (MLK Week 2008)
* The Wyndham Reef Club Cozumel, (July 2008)
When Scott says, "Be the smartest one in the pool" he is not kidding. Many of these resorts double as (4) star hotels and charge anywhere from $200-$400 per night. In fact, you make up for your timeshare cost with just (1) or (2) vacations. My wife and I have booked great vacations as a gift to family members. It is also a great way to give to charity as seen by our donation of the Atlantic City week.
I have (3) referrals and need just (2) more a free week!!!!

Dear Scott - Just a note of thanks for being just who you say you are. How unconventional it seemed to even be considering South African Time Shares! But ohmygosh! The TRADING POWER of one of these. We are just beginning this fun game. We have already traded for two 3BR units at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club (#3517), Orlando, this December (taking along our 3 college age kids, their friends, our friends, several employees...) ; two concurrent weeks at the Vacation Village At Weston(#5773) in South Florida in January 2009 - 2BR lock-off units (taking along my parents); AND two more concurrent weeks at The Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta (#7486) in Mexico (2BR)( for just us?) in Jan 2010. We just returned from the Mayan Palace in Puerto Vallarta with 11 of our dear friends. We had a super time, without Scott’s advise we would not have known about this fabulous resort. Not only is our time share a fantastic bargain with Scott, we have the expert help with his recommendations and help with trading our weeks. Our friends with time shares that cost far more than ours with no more trading ability cannot believe the service and bargains we have gotten with Scott. One of our friends has purchased three weeks with Scott and is trying to sell his expensive time share in Las Vegas. They too have been very happy with their purchase. We think that this time share purchase has been one of the best investments we have made. In addition we have the personal service of Scott, a super bonus, my friends are envious. None of them can call someone like Scott and get the help and advise he gives. We have traded our properties to eight properties , sometimes giving them to our employees. We have never been disappointed.

We just wanted to let you know that we just got back from Hawaii. This time we had a 2 bedroom-1600 square foot house in Princeville, HI. We traded our 1-bedroom Dihkololo for it-wow, what a deal. Since we bought it we have used it for 3 Hawaii trips and a 2 bedroom condo in the DC area. We have never had any trouble trading it-and we're trying for HI so that's saying something. Anyway, wanted to thank you for getting us such a great unit at such a low price-it paid for itself 3 days into our 1st trip 4 years ago. Thanks for your help with taking care of annual dues too. I really appreciate your quick response.

The entire Stern family want to thank you for getting us into time shares. Our original purchase was three years ago and in the first year we bought two more. You are so patient about working with your clients and teaching us how to use RCI to get our trades. We have the three weeks in South Africa and have never been to South Africa.
The trips that we have taken are Caymen Islands, New Orleans, Florida, British Columbia, Disney Land, Hawaii, Cabo San Lucas (twice) , Glacier National Park and we already have reservations for 2005 and 06. We cannot believe the great accommodations---They have been five star and Gold Crown. Some of the places were over $300 a night.
In July we stayed in Pagosa Srings Colo. at a Fairfield resort. Ironically it is he same place that my brother bought for $8000 and has $650 yearly dues. He was decidedly upset when he found how much we paid and what our dues are.
You have been in the time share business close to twenty four years and know your business. I am impressed how you research each resort before you purchase. You and Sandra have stayed at many places and can relate this to your clients. You conduct business in a professional manner ---never forgetting that long term relationships are nurtured by being honest, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks again for introducing us to the Time Share business. You both are the greatest.

We love being asked the location of our timeshare and seeing the look on people's faces when we tell them it's in Africa. First comes a look of disbelief, and then they begin to ask the questions....how much did your timeshare cost, what's your maintenance fee, can you make good trades, how did you discover this timeshare resource, etc? Most have the same initial reaction that we did....this is too good to be true!!! We assure them that it's all true and that it's one of the best decisions we ever made.
We've been to Lake Tahoe, Cancun (twice), Florida (twice), and will be in Scottsdale, Arizona this April. We used the RCI travel service to book our Hawaiian cruise and are about to book another cruise to Alaska. All our accommodations have been exceptional...spacious, convenient to local attractions, immaculate, and friendly.
We definitely plan to speak with Scott regarding purchasing additional timeshares so that our family can join us on vacation..

I just want to share that I am very excited about my timeshare. It's a fabulous deal. I truly have hit the jackpot. So far I've traded only twice, I've been to the Dominican Republic both times. First time I stayed at the Playa Naco golf resort and the second time I stayed time at the Paradise beach club & casino. I had a fabulous time on both Occasions. It's truly a lovely place. When I recently stayed at the Paradise Beach club I was asked to listen to a 30 minute lecture about the resort and that I would eventually receive free gifts. I had a feeling that they were going to try to sell me a timeshare. Well, that 30 min. lecture turned into a mere 10 minutes. The spokesperson was a rep. from RCI and he realized from my ID badge that I was an RCI member already. He asked me if I were interested in buying another week, I told him yes, but not here. He inquired as to where my timeshare was, what I paid and, what type of week I have. When he found out what I paid especially in comparison to what they are offering (the timeshares there are starting at $10,000)........ he begged me not tell anyone else at the resort. I laughed, and at that moment I really knew that I had hit the jackpot. When I arrived back in the states, I immediately called Scott to share the story with him.

Although at times I think we speak different languages, when I get those confirmations from RCI I know we're were on the same track. I want to thank -you in advance for the score of Nuevo Vallarta February week. We have our plane tickets and are looking forward to our stay at the Mayan Palace there. What is even more unbelievable is that we are confirmed at the sister hotel Christmas week 03, in Puerto Vallarta.

It is now about nine months since I purchased my three weeks of timeshare in South Africa. When I first heard about these timeshares, I honestly thought that it was not real. Well... I'm happy to say that not only is it real, but it works beautifully. Thus far, my wife and I have traded a week (Christmas Week) at Vacation Village in Westin, Florida and this August we are booked into Whistler in Canada for one week.

We went to Maine last summer, and we have already booked in 2003 Cancun in March and Kauai in June. In 2004 we are going to Yellowstone National Park. We just have have to keep up with the planning!!!!! I was able to use your website to help me with my online trading. It was much easier to do it myself. RCI was helpful, but I know where I want to go. We were able to learn of some of the other resorts as we talked to others around the pool and even in the laundry!!!! I greatly appreciate all the information supplied on your website and the training on how to best utilize RCI’s system. It has helped us immensely. I feel so incredibly blessed to be able to vacation with my family and my only annual expense is roughly $164 for the RCI exchange fee & my resort levies of approx. Nancy and I are finishing up our yearly month away, here in Sarasota. We are very pleased that we bought our timeshare with you and want to thank you for all the help you have given us. Our trade for Bermuda over New Years was just the way to spend a great holiday. The weather was quite good and we missed snow back in Pinehurst. It was melted by the time we got home.
When we discuss timeshares with others, they are very surprised at the incredible deal we got from you, and especially, the low yearly maintenance fee. Most are paying four to five times our fee. We are learning more about banking and trading as days go by.

Sorry I didn't get to you sooner, but I've been away for two weeks, one of which was the timeshare in the Berkshires. We loved it. The accommodations were fantastic, a beautiful 2 bedroom (new) with a jacuzzi, full kitchen, washer & dryer. Thanks so much for the beautiful trade to "La Playa Grande" in Cabo San Lucas. We had a great time. The 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was beautiful, and very comfortable. We recently returned from our week in Florida at the Sheraton Vistana Villages. We had a wonderful time at this resort, it was more than we could have asked for.
It was a perfect location to all the area attractions. 3 minutes to SeaWorld 7 minutes to Disney and 20 minutes to Universal. We invited my brother in law and his family to stay with us. We stayed in a 2 bedroom sleeps 8 and we had plenty of room for all of us.
Everything about the resort was perfect.
We are looking forward to our week at Gurneys this fall and I just confirmed a 3 bedroom week in Hilton Head at the Waterside at Spinnaker for August 05.
I can't thank enough for selling me my South African Timeshares. Everyone I tell that my timeshare is in South Africa thinks I'm joking but I’m the one laughing now. We never would have been able to afford these vacations without it.

I wanted you to know we had a great vacation at Marina Village at Snug Harbor on Fort Myers Beach, FL.
We stayed on the top floor in a two bedroom two Bath condo and invited my brother and sister in law to stay with us.
We could sit on the balcony overlooking the bay and watch dolphin playing, boats cruising by and pelicans flying.
I was surprised to find out after booking this vacation that it was spring break week.
Thanks again for teaching me the ropes. I keep getting excellent trades. I just traded my one bedroom for a two bedroom sleeps 6/6 at Spinnaker at Shipyard Hilton Head, SC for August 06.

We just got back from Melia Puerto Vallarta. Very nice resort we had 2 rooms for my girlfriend and I. More then what we needed, we were thrilled. When I was there I know 2 people I talked out of buying there and gave them you web site. Melia was selling weeks for $10,000 US$. I think these 2 woman from Chicago will be contacting you for sure. We could have been wearing your t-shirts on the beach every day and people would be thankful to find you.
I have my 2006 trip all booked and I am now working on 2007! I know My Aunt Renee and Uncle Ron are off to Hawaii for 3 weeks this month. We are all believers.
