I'd like you to know that I believe finding out about you and Trading Time is a real blessing to me! Jack has never been much of a recreational traveler because he traveled so much as a salesman. I have always enjoyed traveling, but missed his companionship.
We learned about you in Sedona and after finding that you were located nearby at Lake Conroe, we decided to meet with you and the rest is history. The "too good to be true" South African timeshares are real and we have been learning about and enjoying them ever since we bought our two units.
Your patience in helping us "learn the ropes" and find the best places in the areas we've wanted to go is much appreciated. People we've met at our exchanges don't seem to believe us when we tell them about our timeshares and how little they cost us and their trading power. They have paid so many times more, they can't accept this.
We've been to The Mustang Island Beach Club and fell in love with Birding and are scheduled at the Sundial at Mustang Towers after Thanksgiving to see the Whooping Cranes when they winter there. Last fall, we stayed at the Sunterra Resorts Bent Creek Golf Village in the Smoky Mountains, a RCI Gold Crown Resort, very nice and very well located for exploring. We've just returned from a week at the Peregrine Townhomes at San Luis Pass. They are right on the beach and our unit, 20, was right at the beach. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 4 balconies. The management was exceptionally helpful - 300 videos to use free, as an example.
We've already booked two vacations for next year and are beginning our planning for 2006.

We are having the best time using/trading our South African timeshare. We have had it for two years and created two awesome vacations/memories for our children. Last year we stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando. It was simply put... the best! What a wonderful place to stay. We had an amazing time. We did do the "Disney thing" It was so close and it was my kids first visit to Florida. However had we not gone to Disney I would still rate it an excellent vacation.
This year we went to Virginia and stayed at the Massanutten
Resort right on the ski trail (even though it was summer) What a family
friendly resort. We took a chair lift ride to the top of the mountain
and then we took an unbelievable drive on Skyline Drive, hiking and stopping at lots of the beautiful views. We even spotted a black bear ambling through the woods.
Scott, thanks for all your time, patience and hard work in helping me to set up these fantastic family vacations. We've logged some telephone time trying to set things up and you never seemed to mind. One day I'll get the computer thing down.
We are heading to Newport, Rhode Island this year for our timeshare vacation and really looking forward to it.
Thanks again for everything. We love knowing that we am creating lasting memories for my kids as well as giving them the opportunity to see different parts of our country.

Have been home for about a week and want to let you know how great it was in San Antonio had lot of fun. Did lots of sight seeing. Want to thank you for telling just how nice it was. The Wynnwood Townhomes are roomy and after we got a map of the service station had no trouble finding everything needed. Drove all over the area. When to a little German town that had wonder shops for Christmas, find the outlet malls and also went thru cavern.
I am enjoying the time share. One year I took my mother and sister to South Carolina to visit friends and do some sight seeing. Then the next year when to Scottsdale, Az. Really like get into the nice warm weather for a couple of weeks in the middle of winter for the North West.

Scott - I was skeptical when my wife first mentioned a South African Timeshare that someone at work had told her about. I have always been of the mindset that" you get what you pay for" and thought it was too good to be true, plus I knew others that had paid 4-5 times as much for a timeshare. Well, we finally decided that it was worth a shot and it was the best decision we have made in a long time. We just got back from the Summer Bay Resort, a highly recommended resort about 5 miles from the Disney World entrance in Kissimmee. We used our 2003 week for that trip and have already gotten a match for a possible trip to Maui later this year using our 2004 week.

Not only was the South Africa week we purchased from you one of the lowest in price, but it gets some of the best trades for us and has maintenance fees one-fourth to one-third of the rest of our timeshare weeks.
Some examples are as follows:
1. Houseboat on the Colorado River (awesome scenery in its natural state in your own private "cruise" ship and this beautiful river practically to yourself).
2. Villa Antigua in Antigua, Guatemala (75 degrees and sunny everyday in December).
3. Carlsbad Seapointe in Carlsbad, CA (clear, blue skies and a view of the Pacific Ocean to "die for" - a wonderful escape from our Michigan winter in February).
4. Sunterra Bent Creek Golf Village (Gatlinburg, Tenn. and the Smoky Mountain Natl. Park at your doorstep and during Spring Break, no less!).

Just thought we would drop you a note and tell you what we’ve been doing. We just finished 2 weeks on the beach at Hilton Head after a week in Orlando and a week in Bonita Springs, FL. So far in 2003 we have Palm Springs in Feb, Lake Tahoe in April and Lake Winnepeasauke, NH in September. I turned down week in Bermuda this April as just too much too fast.

Since you bailed me out of the stupid Vacations R'US, Leisure time, etc. mess, you have been a friend in deed. I especially appreciate your quick response when I need to pick your brain. As you know, South Africa red weeks trade well, but when I had a quick need for a second week at the resort I had booked this November on the Pacific Coast at Ocean Shores, RCI said they had nothing available on the whole coast.
That's when I called you & you helped me with the search. Boom!! One week later RCI had found us the second unit at the same resort. We had room for all at our impromptu family gathering. What a Good Guy! Thanks again.

This was our first time trading our South African timeshare and it worked out beautifully. The resort was gorgeous and the people were super friendly. We look forward to our next vacation at the beach this summer.

I just want to let you know how pleased Darnell and I are that we purchased a South African timeshare. As you know we purchased in 2004. Our first trip was planned for Florida Fairfield Ocean Palms in Pompano Beach. Due to Hurricane Jean we had to cancel the trip to Fl two day before check in. We where devastated. I called RCI to see what was available. They said because my resort had such strong trading power; I pulled Waterside by Spinnaker a 2BR villa Gold Crown Resort located on beautiful Hilton Head Island, SC. I was shocked, because HH is very hard to get.
The resort accommodations were fantastic, a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath with a Jacuzzi, full kitchen, washer & dryer. The front of the villa over looked the pool and hot tub area and the balcony over a lagoon. The resort was a short walk from the beach. My whole family (husband and my father) had a good time.
My family and friends paid more for their timeshare’s and maintenance fee then I did, and some of them only go every other year. I am so happy that I listen to my friend Michele S. and purchased this timeshare. I tell everyone I know about.
My future travel plans for 2005 are Florida Fairfield Ocean Palms in Pompano Beach (May), and Egret Point By Spinnaker on Hilton Head Island (Sept).
