Dear Scott,
Shannon and I have made the "timeshare circuit". To the point that we finally broke down and purchased at a resort. We paid too much and we were lied to and tricked into the purchase. Fortunately, we were able to get all of our money back, and rid of the nightmare after a year of fighting. We laughed when our paths crossed because we did not want anything to do with timeshare after that experience.
With the time that you took with us. Showing us everything upfront on the website and walking us through step by step got us to open our mind. With prayer and faith, we trusted you. We have just gotten back from a trip to Atlanta that was the most hassle free trip we have ever taken. We are booked for a trip to San Diego this Fall in a resort that a week's stay is more than the entire purchase we made from you. We will have recouped our investment in the first year, and have several great memories...and looking forward to so many more. Our kids are already asking when we leave again!
You have not only done what you said you were going to do, but even stretched above that to take care of us. This is the best investment I have ever made. I have gone from being the worst word of mouth about timeshare to telling folks they need to give YOU a call. Thank you for being patient with us, and thank you for all of your support!

Wow...it was even more than we expected...and we expected alot! The kids
had an absolute blast on the water slide, and the arts and crafts were a hit
as well. I got to play a few rounds of golf, and the condo was nicer than
most folks houses in that area! We have now recouped our initial investment
in full!

Just a quick note, I wanted to let you know that I just came back from Pueblo Bonito Blanco Resort in Cabos San Lucas using the one bedroom South Africa week. It didn't take me a long time to search for this resort. I was glad I got a very nice unit in this superb resort. I tell say that my South Africa can trade for a Gold Crown one. Not only that I also matched a gold crown resort in Cabos, just fyi. Not bad hah? I can really believe you now.

Hey Scott: Just a quick note to thank you for the fantastic accommodations you arranged for me in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico recently. The place was beautiful, the location was perfect, right in the marina, next to the charter fishing boats. My son and I and two of my friends went for a week of fishing and the time share helped make our week wonderful. We caught many, many, Big fish!!!

Marge and I recently returned from Club Velas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where we spent an absolutely perfect vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters. We had two units, one being the timeshare that we own at Velas and the other unit being one we exchanged for with our timeshare in South Africa.
Once again we can't thank you enough for bringing South Africa to our attention. Some people might be hesitant to buy a timeshare in South Africa, and indeed when you first mentioned it to us we were a little skeptical. You in turn pointed out the sound economics and high trading power of South Africa, and based upon your sound recommendation we purchased a two-bedroom unit. Marge and I only stay in Gold Crown resorts and every time we have used South Africa for a trade we have gotten the unit we wanted. We met a couple at Sandyport Beaches Resort, a Gold Crown resort in Nassau that is tough to get into, and during the course of conversation they mentioned they own a unit in South Africa which they traded for Sandyport Beaches -- what a small world! We have been so happy with the price we paid for South Africa and how easy it is to trade with it that we bought a second unit, a three-bedroom this time, and again you were able to give us a very good deal.
We thank you so much for taking such good care of us in terms of timeshare purchases. We also appreciate your ready availability to give us advice and helpful hints whenever we ask. You have made vacationing through our timeshares a most enjoyable experience.

Your "We got your money now you gotta go..." theory really worked on us. Our first trade was for the Orange Lake Country Club in Orlando. It was very short notice and I was surprised to find that they were able to accommodate us with only a 3 day notice. I had to call RCI. They wouldn't do it on-line with such a short notice. The resort was very nice.
We stayed the whole week and went to Universal Studios, Disney, water parks, etc. We all had a great time and my 14 and 8 year old will remember it all their lives. Wish we were there now!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, by the way, someone talked us into looking at a timeshare while we were there. They first started out at $45,000, and then offered it to us for $28,000 if we bought it right away. They also quoted financing at 20 something percent interest! We told them we would have to think about it . . . I wanted to tell everybody at their presentation about my buddies in Montgomery, TX! There may have been a stampede to your door.
Thanks so much for selling this to me. I was happy to pay the two hundred whatever dollars today for the dues/fees!

Blue Bay, Cancun - This was a vacation to remember. The location was one that couldn't be beat. our balcony overlooked the most beautiful beach which was meticulously cared for as was the rest of the resort. cleanliness was definitely one of the priorities of this staff. our rooms were lovely, spacious, and even our beds were great. the resort was just the right size for families and was very child friendly. we had wonderful entertainment during the day as well as in the evenings. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. everyone spoke english so there were no communication problems and we didn't have to exchange our money. it was a week of sun and fun for us, our children and grandchildren.
