Just returned from Hacienda del Mar in Cabo & had a fantastic time. On your recommendation I booked a 2 bedroom unit at Hacienda del Mar in exchange for my weeks timeshare at Dikhololo. The resort greatly exceeded our expectations. All 4 of us were in agreement that this was one of the most beautiful properties we had ever stayed at. The 2 bedroom unit was very spacious & well appointed & the $4 daily charge for maid service was well worth the money.
The property was exceptional ! It was beautifully laid out & extremely well maintained. Everyone who worked there was friendly & very helpful. Too bad you can only exchange there once every 5 years.
I thank you for recommending this resort & look forward to speaking with you for other suggestions.

Michelle and I wanted to thank you for all your help with our South Africa timeshare purchase. Your patience with and timely responses to our endless questions is greatly appreciated.
I must admit I remained somewhat skeptical even after the purchase. However, after our first trade to Crown Point in Horseshoe Bend, AR we are completely at ease and thrilled with this decision. There were no hidden, disappointing surprises. The accommodations were great, very relaxing and the staff gracious. Your recommendation to use Bill Terry's Fishing Service was right on the mark. Not only did we catch fish but the guides were the best I have used. My 7 year old son will not soon forget his first trout fishing trip. And neither will his dad!
We are very excited about our upcoming stay at Sheraton Vistana in Orlando.
Again Scott, thanks. It is refreshing to deal with someone who puts great emphasis on client satisfaction!

Hey Scott & Sandra,
Your "We got your money now you gotta go..." theory really worked on us. Our first trade was for the Orange Lake Country Club in Orlando. It was very short notice and I was surprised to find that they were able to accommodate us with only a 3 day notice. I had to call RCI. They wouldn't do it on-line with such a short notice. The resort was very nice.
We stayed the whole week and went to Universal Studios, Disney, water parks, etc. We all had a great time and my 14 and 8 year old will remember it all their lives. Wish we were there now!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, by the way, someone talked us into looking at a timeshare while we were there. They first started out at $45,000, and then offered it to us for $28,000 if we bought it right away. They also quoted financing at 20 something percent interest! We told them we would have to think about it . . . I wanted to tell everybody at their presentation about my buddies in Montgomery, TX! There may have been a stampede to your door.
Thanks so much for selling this to me. I was happy to pay the two hundred whatever dollars today for the dues/fees!

I will be very happy to write you describing our vacation to Europe next June 2003. We plan on staying one week in Malaga, Spain and the following week in Austria. Also I think I will go ahead and put a search out for a place in Mexico, Hawaii or the Caribbean for March 2004.

Hi Scott,
Our first vacation was with my husband to celebrate our 25th Anniversary.
We spent the first week in Malaga Spain along the Mediterranean, at Club La Costa, and had a delightful time. The condo was very nice with two bedrooms upstairs, kitchen and living room with sofa, a small dining area, and patio looking out to the sea. The resort was very clean and the maintenance of the grounds was lovely. There were several pools, restaurants, a small doctor's office, grocery store, gift shop where guided tours were purchased, a very nice lobby, bus service into town and a shuttle service around the resort. Everything was lovely, the resort also offered nice activities during the week. We took a tour up to Granada and the boat ferry over to Morocco, both were super and I just loved Morocco (even bought a hand made rug there). The only thing I disliked was the toplessness of the female bathers on the beach and near the pool.
The second week we flew up to Austria and stayed at a nice resort in the mountains at Schladming , Austria. This resort was also very nice with friendly service. The food at the restaurant was delicious, there was a pool and tennis courts, very clean rooms and the views of the mountains were breath taking. I absolutely think it was gorgeous. The small town nearby was lovely. We rented a car and drove up to Hallstatt, Salzburg, over to Munich, through Bavaria, Innsbruck and stayed a night in Switzterland, near Zurich. Everything was picture postcard perfect. After that week, we stayed at a hotel in Vienna for a few days, saw some friends and visited all the sights :) Everything was lovely :)
Thanks so very much for selling us our timeshares. I booked next year's vacation at the Mayan Palace resort in Acapulco Mexico for the family for two weeks in January. Hope this will be just as wonderful.

A quick note to let you know we traded our South Africa week for a gorgeous week in Grand Cayman and had a great time SCUBA diving thanks to the trading power of the South African Timeshare we purchased from you. Your guidance in selecting a vacation week was very helpful and even RCI personnel supported the ideas you told us about. Compared to other very pricey timeshares your timeshares have a very modest annual fee and there are no complicated instructions for using banked weeks. It is always a pleasure taking to you.
