I just wanted to thank you for lining me up with the South Africa timeshare!! In the six months since we purchased our two weeks we have gone to Orange Lake Country Club in Orlando, booked a spring break week in Beaver Creek, Colorado at the Sheraton Mountain Vista, and booked another Orlando trip at the Sheraton Vistana. I have many friends who have purchased directly from timeshares resorts and all have paid anywhere from six to ten times as much!! The most amazing thing is our yearly dues are a third of what most people pay. After going to Orange Lake Country Club this last summer I figured I already made my investment back. I also appreciate your help in teaching me the "ropes" of trading. It's not hard at all!! Thanks again for eliminating my future lodging costs. My family and I will be able to see more and better destinations because of your help.

I think it has been about 5 years now that we have owned our timeshare in South Africa. We have thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful trips with the trades that we have made. To date, we have traded to Orlando three times, Beaver Creek, Myrtle Beach, South Padre Island, Phoenix, Maine, and Sedona numerous times. Most of these have been in Gold crown resorts as well! Not only have we enjoyed our trips but our friends and family have too. Thank you again for all the help with our vacations!

The amazement continues! As you know, Sue and I own 5 timeshares thru you as well as our timeshare in Captiva, Fl purchased before we knew you and the concept of trading South African timeshares. As an aside, we paid less for the 5 than the 1 in Captiva.
Over this past New Years, we took the family, all 9 of us, to Cozumel, Mexico where we stayed at the El Cid, a Royal Crown resort. We were able to obtain 3 one bedrooms thru the RCI exchange program ( pretty good when you consider RCI has only 22 rooms at the resort ). We needed a fourth room and we had to pay the regular hotel rate. Believe it or not, the amount we paid the resort for the week cost the same, if not less, as purchasing a timeshare! What was even more amazing to us was the fact that the hotel unit did not hold a candle to the timeshare units.
Although Club Regina, in Puerto Vallarta, was more plush, we really enjoyed our stay at El Cid. The rooms were a good size, well decorated, and with terraces directly overlooking and literally a few feet from the beach .The friendly staff and the service provided was excellent. Although the resort was fully occupied, the facilities were not at all crowded- just as we like it.
We are already looking forward to our next vacation which is scheduled for this March where will be going to the Pueblo Bonito resort in Matzalan. I’m currently conducting other searches for various dates in 2005. In fact, I just accepted a match to the Sapphire Club in St Maarten. I do not want to jinx myself, but to date, I’ve been 100% successful trading into all my matches, all Royal Crown resorts. Trading and working the RCI system is a lot of fun. I can’t wait until I also have access to trading in RCI points ( I am just awaiting the formal go-ahead ).
I know I’m being redundant from my previous conversations with you, but I’ll say it again-the concept of buying and utilizing a South African timeshare is incredible! I keep recommending it to others, but some folks just do not get it and remain apprehensive. They do not know what they are missing! Others I have referred that have purchased it love it and are referring others. In fact, my brother and his family recently returned from a trip to Cabos St Lucas where he had 2 rooms thru RCI at the Hacienda del Mar.He was ecstatic-they had a great time and fell in love with the facility.

I just wanted to say thank you for setting me up with South Africa timeshare. As you know I had already bought one week at Orange Lake Country Club for over $17K and after thinking about it, I found your ad and called you. You had enlightened me, I was able to get out of the deal and wound up buying 3 weeks from you for about a third of the price of the one at Orange Lake. Skeptical at first with what you were telling me was to good to be true I did my research. Everything checked out great and even verified it with RCI. Even the maintenance dues were incredible inexpensive. Your insight and many years in the business has now made me a Trading Expert. Since the purchase over a year ago I only stay at Gold Crown Resorts. I have been able to trade into, Sheraton's Vistana Villages Orlando, Cypress Pointe Resort Lake Buena Vista, The Summit at Massanutten, Va, "only the best" and it is so easy. The resorts were fabulous even more so because of the low price I paid. While on a visit at one of the resorts the sales staff put on the "pressure sales" trying to get me to buy, well after they laid there cards on the table I put down mine. It was great to see a salesman say "I can beat that, thanks for visiting our resort and walk away without a sale". Since I now own so many weeks I can give some away to my family members.

Thank you for introducing us to the South African timeshares, and for your kind and consistent help as we learn how to best utilize them. We consider you a good friend even though we have yet to meet.
We purchased two South Africa timeshares from you a couple of years ago. While skeptical at first because of the adage, “If it seems too good to be true than it is too good to be true.” Well, guess what! They traded better than you said. We have traded for Gold Crown resorts from California to South Carolina. We own a one bedrooms only but have been able to trade for two bedroom or more. We have had such success that we bought two more weeks for ourselves and gave one to each of our kids, (they think we are heroes!).We are not wealthy by any means, and this lets us stay at much nicer places than we would have otherwise. Our friends have seen how much fun we have even doing the planning, and some of them have now bought. I wish we would have owned one or two of these when the kids were at home. No family should be without one, as all families need to vacation together, and this will let them stay at great places for amazing little money. We have just returned from a Sept vacation at Meadow Lake Golf and Ski Resort in Montana and the condo was extra special. Thanks again.

We just finished our 27th time share vacation, and next years trips are booked. They have been absolutely wonderful; far better than we ever expected! We have traded from Scotland to Hawaii and have not had a bad trade yet ( we talk about how fussy we now are - we have been spoiled rotten!) Thank you for getting us into this.
I like to attend the sales pitches many of the places offer. None of them come close - not even remotely close - to the deals you gave us. We stay in the best condos for prices that others cannot believe. Thanks for helping make our life an affordable but luxurious stream of vacations. If you need to convince anyone of this, have them call us. We'll set them straight!

Thank you for all of your recommendations for trades over the past 3 years. When you were recommended to me by a friend to buy a time share in South Africa and just use it to trade the whole idea made me skeptical. Now that I have experienced the trading concept and with your recommendations as to where to stay, my wife and I have been very pleased and more than satisfied with the places where we have vacationed. Our first was on the island of Kauai at Pahio (Bali Hai Villas). Second was Orlando, Florida, with the entire (14 of us) family at the Sheraton Vistana Resort where we had 3 condos. The third one was my wife’s reunion with her 4 sisters in Las Vegas at the Summer Bay Resort. We have just returned from Nuevo Vallarta where we stayed at the Grand Mayan, again on your recommendation, and had a wonderful time with my brother, his wife, my sister and her husband. We meet a old friend of yours, Mike Matthews at the Grand Mayan. Also, Steve and Barbara from East Brunswick say Hi, we were talking with them on the beach, they agree with us....you’re the greatest. You have made our vacations very memorable and future ones something special to look forward to. This would not be possible if it were not for your knowledge as to where to stay and where to go. Happy New Year to you and your family.
Well, you were absolutely correct about our timeshare. Larry and I had the most perfect vacation in St. Maarten. We stayed in a 1 bedroom at the Pelican Bay Resort and it was fantastic. The staff, the condo, the amenities, etc were all impeccable. I have already put in a search for this year for the same week (#52). RCI told me that they will probably be calling me to confirm sometime next month. They went on to tell me that the property that I own (S. Africa) has wonderful trading ability. They said that some other properties are rated at 30% and mine is rated at 85%. I know that is good, although I am not sure how they do the rating, but that really doesn't matter.
I just want to thank you for helping me along the way and for calming my fears each time I called you. You certainly know your "stuff".
My friends, Jackie and Elliot, bought a timeshare through you. They were in St. Marten with us for part of our vacation and they are very excited about the prospect of trading their new purchase. I will continue to recommend people (now more than ever) and hopefully I will get to the magic number of 5 (or even more).

Larry and I hope that you and your family had a very happy Easter.
We just returned from the Mayan Palace in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, where we vacationed with the Schlesinger's and another couple. They are Mark and Sharon Press and they said that they would be calling you for information about buying a time share. Please make sure that if they do purchase a time share, it goes to our credit.
We had a wonderful vacation. The place is absolutely paradise. The only draw back that we found was the location. To get into the main part of town you must take a taxi which costs about $20.00 US each way. Since there aren't many restaurants in the area of Nuevo Vallarta it is necessary to go into town or to Marina Vallarta, which costs about $10.00 US each way. All in all we loved the vacation. The weather was perfect, as was the golf for Larry, Bob and Mark. The hotel is unbelievable. The staff was so friendly, helpful and always smiling. In spite of the location, I would recommend this.
Oh by the way, we met some other clients of yours. Their names were Stan & Myra and they live in East Hampton LI. They were traveling with their daughter and son in law, who also own a time share with you. I don't know their last name, but they are Ken and Stacy and live in Melville, LI. They raved about you and the time share.

Just a quick note to tell you how happy Larry and I are with our timeshare in South Africa. Having just returned from the Pelican Club in St. Martin (for the second time), we know that we have bought the best lifetime vacation that one could ever imagine. We have more than made up our initial cost, which wasn't that large to begin with.
Your expertise and continued patience in helping me through the trading process, is so appreciated. I will never forget my initial trade when you walked me through the process and continued to assure me that I will not be sleeping on a beach in the caribbean, but at a timeshare. How right you were, and continue to be!
I will continue to recommend you to my friends and acquaintances.

How wonderful it was to hear from you last night with the good news that my five recommendations have all purchased timeshares and that Larry and I have now received a free week.
Every recommendation to purchase a timeshare through you, was done without any reservation (pardon the play on words) and was with complete belief in everything that you represent. I have no qualms at all in telling people how wonderful your services are. I am sure that everyone who bought a timeshare from you will be as happy as Larry and I are. I know some people who have paid much more money for timeshares which they purchased through other "vendors" and they do not get the trading expertise that I get from you and that I value so much. Your knowledge and patience in guiding me through the trading process, has been and continues to be invaluable.
Why anyone would pay the price of a hotel room on a vacation, instead of having a timeshare, is beyond belief. I can no longer compromise the amenities that I receive when I vacation at a timeshare, be it a studio or one bedroom, as opposed to a hotel room. It's so nice to "kick back" after a day at the beach or touring, in a condo setup instead of a "bedroom".
I will continue to recommend you to my friends and other people with whom I might cross paths. Your service and knowledge is impeccable and once again, Larry and I wish to thank you for all that you are.

We've been to St. Marteen 3 times and have 2 more trips comming up all in beautiful resorts. The dominican Republic was a fantastic all inclusive resort. Switzerland was charming. Cabos in Mexico with deep sea fishing was great. We are now looking foward to our trip to Mexico at the Mayan Palace this March.

My daughter and her family just returned from a week at the Summit in the mountains of Virginia and she used one of my timeshare weeks. They loved the resort. It had so much for her family to do. She also thought the condo itself was very luxurious. She wanted me to thank you for steering us to the Summit and I thank you for this week and all the other help you have given us. We had such positive experiences with our Hilton Head and Cancun trades, we are now looking forward to going to Williamsburg in September and Lake Tahoe next June.
